1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Digital Real Estate Academy (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services

The Service provides you with access to a variety of features, including:

  • The ability to purchase a Domain Investment Bundle — available in five tiers: 5 domains ($997), 10 domains ($1,500), 25 domains ($3,000), 50 domains ($5,000), or 125 domains ($9,997) — hand-picked by our team and transferred to your registrar account within 7 days of purchase
  • The ability to purchase a Done-For-You domain portfolio management program — available exclusively to Professional, Elite, and custom portfolio clients investing $5,000+ — in which our team provides valuation guidance, pricing strategy, and marketplace listing assistance for portfolios of 50+ domain names on top platforms including Afternic and Sedo; DFY clients also receive a complimentary pass to DomainerExpo (domainerexpo.com), a $500 value
  • The ability to access our library of video trainings, courses, and educational resources on domain investing
  • The ability to participate in live online events, including the DRE Membership Summit and other community sessions hosted by DRE Academy
  • The ability to connect with our exclusive community of domain investors

5. Fees

The fees for the starter package is listed on the website. Upgrades are available within 30 days after purchase of starer package. You agree to pay all applicable fees.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for the Service. However, we may offer a 7 day refund in limited circumstances, such as if the Service is materially defective. You agree to refund us $150 per domain name in the event there is a cancellation within 7 days or transfer all domain names back to us.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Ownership

All content and information on the Service is owned by us or our partners. You may not use any of this content or information without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
