To use the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service provides you with access to a variety of features, including:

The ability to purchase a done-for-you domain names investing program
The ability to access our library of video trainings, courses, and ebooks
The ability to participate in our exclusive telegram community of domain investors
The ability to list your domain names for sale on our commission-free marketplace

5. Fees

The fees for the starter package is listed on the website. Upgrades are available within 30 days after purchase of starer package. You agree to pay all applicable fees.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for the Service. However, we may offer a 7 day refund in limited circumstances, such as if the Service is materially defective. You agree to refund us $150 per domain name in the event there is a cancellation within 7 days or transfer all domain names back to us.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your account at any time for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Ownership

All content and information on the Service is owned by us or our partners. You may not use any of this content or information without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
